Position requires thoroughly cleaning of hotel guest rooms and/ or other assigned areas in a timely and organized manner to ensure guest satisfaction, hotel sanitation, meet hotel brand standards and hotel appearance.

Summary:
Cleans hotel guest rooms and halls by performing the following duties and responsibilities includes the following.
Other duties may be assigned.
Carries linens & makes beds.
Replenishes guest room supplies such as coffee, cups, shampoo, soap, and other amenities.
Cleans corridors and stairways.
Sweeps and sanitizes bathroom floors.
Cleans rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture.
Dusts furniture.
Washes walls and woodwork.
Washes windows, door panels, and sills.
Empties wastebaskets.
Transports trash and waste to disposal area.
Sanitize bathroom vanity, toilet, mirrors, walls, and bathroom fan.
Completes a quality check on the television, telephone, AC, and smoke detectors.
Removes any items left behind from room and takes to lost and found with proper documentation.
Reports any maintenance related problems to the maintenance department through proper communication channels.
Responsible for careful and efficient use of supplies issued for performance of cleaning and maintenance duties.
